For 3 months in a row I have a very short period. Each about 2 days long. This months period came 8 days late and lasted 2 days. I have been super tired lately as well. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests all came back negative. Any ideas what it could be? I haven t really been stressed or anything

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the most striking possibility of delayed and very short period with extreme fatigue indicate anemia (low hemoglobin). The common possibility here is iron deficiency anemia. In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do suggest to get an evaluation with complete hemogram in the expert laboratory center.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
