What Could Delayed Periods And Fatigue With Negative Result In HPT Indicate?
hi I am a little concerned I had my first baby 11/30/2014 my periods after that have been normal and on time but this month I am almost 4 days late and the only symptoms I get is lower back ache and im always tired . I have taken 3 pregnancy test but they are all negative . what can be happening . can I be pregnant
As per my clinical experience, there is possible issue of hormone imbalance causing delayed periods. The fatigue may be secondary to low hemoglobin level in form of anemia development. Supportive care with iron capsule or syrup and hormone therapy in terms of Primolut-N to induce menses are best measures to deal this issue nice way.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
