Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Could Delayed Periods, Diarrhea And White Sticky Vaginal Discharge Indicate?
I had my first son 7 months ago, I have an anxiety problem I always have. My period is a month late and I have a bad case of diarrhea and I ve taken three pregnancy tests all negative. I don t feel pregnant, my boobs don t hurt I don t have any weird cravings. When I am not having diarrhea I have white sticky discharge down there I don t know what is wrong
It is normal for some women to experience white vaginal discharge prior to periods. However, if this has been persisting for this long time, with sticky discharge, to me it's time to run vaginal swab testing to rule out vaginal infection (bacterial or candida) in order to treat it adequately. Meanwhile, I advise to keep a good genital hygiene.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
