What Could Delayed Periods Post Unprotected Sex Indicate?

hello sir, I am a 21 year old women with 2 week delayed peroids(no sex) and i have had this problem before and now i started working and changed my whole life style so that might be the reason for delay.(actual peroid date-4 aug) but i happened to have unprotected sex that night(19 aug) and thus i had taken unwanted -72, later on speaking to family doctor i started taking primolut(for correcting my delayed peroid) after a 4 day delay of unwanted(offcouse she doesnt know about unwanted). The primolut was a 5 day course but on the 4rd day(today-31 aug) i happened to have unprotected sex again. can you suggest my next course of action?

I really appreciate your concern, if the irregular menses is the matter of concern then it may be due to hormone changes and it comes around on its own most of the time and in very rare condition it needs some hormone therapy hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
