Hello Ms. Anjana,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. From the details you have given, I have observed that your weight is more than it should be for your height. In addition, you have a history of thyroid disorder. Together, these factors can cause hormonal imbalance and consequently affect ovulation. Since home pregnancy tests read well 3-7 days after a missed period, negative test at this stage rules out pregnancy. The ideal way to clarify is to get a trans-vaginal sonogram which also gives you the status of the pelvic organs. Hope this helps.
