What Could Delayed Periods With Very Light Discharge And HPT Negative Indicate?

I'm 4days late took a pregnancy test on the 14th &the 12th both said negative.i have very light bleeding mayb like two drops worth all day n it was fresh blood when I wiped.i have no regular period-like symptoms....I don't know wat to do or think.i just know its all not normal n I'm concerned now that I have pain only on the left side n little blood show????

Your symptoms are quite vague and could be related to a number of problems like infections, side effect of birth control, other conditions resulting in a hormonal.imbalance, etc. I would recommend a visit to your doctor for an elaborate evaluation, diagnosis and treatment accordingly if required.
