What Could Dents On Buttocks Post An Injury Suggest?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi..ok, about 1 1/2 months ago I fell down my stairs. I landed hard on my left butt cheek and had bad bruise..it hurt like crazy too. But it the bruise went away and so did the pain. But I have a dent there now and was wondering if I should be concerned?
