What Could Difficulty In Penile Foreskin Retraction Indicate?
the skin at the top of my peni , its not opening while my peni get strong.....if i hold my peni and pull the skin to back its a little pain, when my peni strong i cant see the head of my peni, becoz of the skin its not opening. when my peni smaller..i can move the skin to back the head is visible... and also some times that place getting wet ..not by sperm,,,, what i do ???

Based on what you have described O would say that you have what is called as Phimosis.
