What Could Disc Protrusion With Numbness Of Toes In MRI Report Suggest?

my MRI Report--- CERVICAL SPINE
No external compression on the thecal sac is seen.no signal alteration is seen in the cord. the CV junction Morphology appers normal. no chiori malformation is seen
IMPRESSSION
Moderate Poster- central disc protrusion and bilateral facetal orthrosis at L5-S1 Level
Problem My left leg all Toes numnes its any series problem.
what are the back exesies i have to do

1.Your cervical spine report is normal.
2.Lumbar spine says the disc at level of L5-S1 protruded posteriorly and might causing some pressure effect on the nerve or chord indentation.
3.And the joint between these vertebrae shows inflammatory / degenerative changes.
4. Yes this will cause the symptoms you are facing.
5.Nothing to worry - simple back exercises are enough in your case. And take car of position while sitting and lying on the flat bed will help, don't keep cross legs.
