What Could Discomfort In Chest Post Angioplasty Indicate?

I have undergone angioplastery 2 years ago and faithfully followed medications by a consultant cardiologist now i get discomfort in the chest after diferent levels of mild excersises it goes off with the release of gas do i need to do angioplastry again
