What Could Disk Degenerative Change In MRI Report Suggest?

I had a mri and it states i have disk degenerative change, and post change at L 4-5. couple of millimeters of anterolisthesis of L4 on L5, with spinal stenosis at this level. Will I need surgery again? I have been in alot of pain, right arm, buttock, back and right leg, also numbness, and weakness

Degenerative disc disease noted at different levels of the spine with mild anteriorly slipped / moved L4 over L5 vertebrae.

Why do you say again operation ? did you had one earlier? But findings does not mentioned anything about it.

Normally the treatment in this case will be simple back exercises followed by physiotherapy, operation / intervention is the final step.
