What Could Disorientation In Children With A History Of Febrile Convulsions Suggest?

hi i am concerned about my 4 and a half year old son he vomited in bed last night and although he was awake he seems disorientated, he had a temp this morning of 35c and i have had reports from school this week that he has been very naughty hitting kicking pushing other kids i have also noticed this aggressive behaviour at home he seems detached and i cannot reason with him or talk to him like i usually can. he looks a bit pale and said he had a headache when i told him off for being aggressive. in the past he has suffered from febrile convulsions with a high temp and he has mild ashtma. i am worried what do u think is wrong with him
