What Could Distended Diaphragm, Nausea And Pressure Below The Breastbone Suggest?

Hello...I currently have. I insurance and hope you can help me. I have fullness and pressure below my breast bone. I feel slightly nauseated and have heartburn and feel as though my diaphragm is distended. I am also beginning to get sharp pains in the area occasionally when I move. What could this be?

All the symptoms you explain can be related to gastritis or gastric reflux/ gastric ulcer.

The next step is to undrgo Upper GI endoscopy to ruleout the acid reflux related issues.

Once the Endoscopy result is normal, we can investigate further for the other causes. Please get abck with the report.
