What Could Dizziness Post Intake Of Aspirin Due To Numb Arm And Painful Chest Indicate?

Hi doctor. last night I experience a problem with my left arm it was numb it could not function. I decided to drink an asprin. I felt better because I also had a pain in my chest. after drinking this asprin I felt like blood was pumping into my huart and I felt so dizzy. could you advise what do you think is the problem?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be non specific and to rule out some cerebral pathology it is better to get done the CT brain, else no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
