What Could Dizziness With Blurry Vision Suggest?

I woke up this morning with dizziness which has now progressed to blurry vision and my pule at rest is 120BPM or more. Over the last couple weeks I have been having abdominal pains near left rib cage and moving across and have lost 12 lbs.plus I have some numbness in the face

problems are not related to each other. eye test like refraction to detect refractive error. you are having anxiety neurosis, which has resulted in tachycardia. pain in left rib cage can be gastric or gall bladder problem. ultrasound abdomen can rule out or exclude all problem.
