OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dizziness and light headedness is common in early pregnancy due to effect of progesterone hormone on the body. It leads to decreased blood pressure and hypotension which causes dizziness.
Feeling excessive hot is also due to progesterone which is a thermogenic hormone.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist if you are having severe discomfort.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
