What Could Dizziness, faintness, swollen Ankles, sore Burning Lumps On The Side Of The Head, Blurred Vision Indicate?

I feel dizzy and faint. Recently noticed swollen ankles and a sore burning lump on the side of my head above my right ESR. My vision gets blurred and hazy. I pick a lot so have sores and was wondering if it was celluitis but the lump scares me I also have lower abdomen pains. What could these symptoms mean?

First you get you get your blood sugar done. Raised ESR isobviously due to infection. Fundus scopy toexamine retina and lense for cataract. After getting the result treatment will be easiar.
