What Could Dizzy Tunnel Vision Suggest?

I get dizzy and extreame tunnel vision upon standing up nearly every time. It is so bad sometimes that my ballence get's affected and I fall or even black out for about 30 seconds. I dont have the capability to get checked up so i want to find out everything I can out to talk my father into takeing me. So what can you tell me?

you should have given your age. any way you need complete eye general health checkup. for eye you require measurement of IOT, refraction, fundus examination. in general hemogram, hypertensive profile and diabetic profile is to be done. in this procedure any thing detected should be treated. it will help in diagnosis of your problem.
