What Could Drastic Fluctuation In Pulse Indicate?
hi, my boyfriend is 26 years old. three days ago i was curious to check my pulse and his. i was disappointed and scared when i found that his pulse was 48 beat per min mine was 100 beat per min. yesterday i checked again his result was 64 beat per min , few min later i checked again it rised to 81 beat per min with high blood pressure... please tell me what is his problem im veryyyyyy worried plzzz

If he doesn't have any complains there is nothing to be worried.
In case he has complains I would advise you to perform an ECG, there may be a need for holter monitoring as well (24hour ECG recording). It will should whether there is any abnormality with his heart rate and rhythm during the day.
