What Could Drifting Of Eyes, With Double Images Suggest?

Hi, I woke up and my left eye has drifted to the left side on its own, creating two images so I cannot see properly. In the mirror it is noticible too, I've called the doctors and I have a appointment tomorrow, is it more of an important matter and any ideas what it could be?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having drifting of eye with double vision.
This indicates probable paresis or paralysis of the nerves supplying the extra ocular muscles resulting in paralytic squint.
This requires evaluation by ophthalmologist and a neurologist to find out the underlying cause and treatment of the underlying cause.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
