What Could Dry, Peeling And Spreading Patch Of Skin On Mons Veneris Be?

hi, im 26 year old female and have good hygeine. about a week ago I noticed a dry patch of skin on my Mons Veneris. its was red but also looked like it was peeling. It has now spread lower down and on the inside of my thighs. there is no itch and I dont have a fever.
