What Could Dull Pain And Pressure In Ribs Following An Elbow Impact Indicate?

Hello I was jogging it was wet outside slipped and land on my elbow which pushe on my run now my upper rib below my right breast is sore and swollen I'm able to move in every direction and I can take deep breaths but at the very end of breathing inward I feel dull pain and pressure is it broken or bruised

i completely understand your question
actually you got an injury while jogging.
pain in chest needs to be evaluated by a chest xray ,to see if any of the ribs is broken or fractured.
u need to consult a pulmonologist to request for a chest xray.
falling on ground can cause a muscle injury or a fractured rib both of the possibilities are there bu t it is very difficult to say without viewing the chest xray.
