What Could Dull Pain In Left Side Radiating To Abdomen And Flaky Stools Indicate?

Hello. I ve been having a dull pain on my left side, about where my lower ribs stop, that radiates towards the front of my abdomen along with early satiation. In addition, occasionally, I ve had light colored flaky stools. I ve also been experiencing belching, and abnormal (rather loud) gurgling sounds in my abdomen... Not just in my stomach but, seemingly my entire upper and lower intestinal area. Any idea what s going on here?

Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, there are various possible issues which can provoke such presentation with left side abdomen pain and flaky stools

- digestive enzyme disturbance
- pancreatic disorders as chronic pancreatitis

- colon disorders as diverticulitis or others

- liver pathologies

- gall bladder dysfunction, biliary tract malfunction

- systemic issues with hypomotility

- side effect of other medications as pain killer or else which can hamper GI flora settings.
