What Could Early / Premature Ejaculation While Masturbating Indicate?

Hi my age is 28 and weight 65.5 and height 5.9... my query is related to premature ejaculation.. i have been masturbating from over 12 years now.. i m still un married.. whenever i masturbate i tend to ejaculate very early.. i wanna consult a doctor to have this problem checked.. pls help

Regarding your problem of premature ejaculation, this can be due to a number of causes. So, the first and most important step in management of this problem is proper evaluation. This will include a detailed medical, sexual, personal and social history, a thorough physical examination and certain investigations, as per the necessity. Only if the cause is identified correctly, appropriate treatment can be given.

So, I would advise you to see a sexologist or a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further treatment. Treatment will involve sexual counselling and in some cases, medication can also be helpful.
