General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

All causes of generalised fatigue and body pain should be ruled out.Kindly check your blood pressure, blood sugar. Ruling out Anemia and other nutritional deficiencies such as Vitamin D, calcium is essential. Serum electrolytes should also be tested. Spinal disc problems or posture related problems can also cause lower back pain. Dehydration or renal stones should also be ruled out.Basic blood counts should be checked.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
