What Could Erratic Bleeding Patterns During Periods Post Intake Of I Pill Indicate?

Sir i had protected sex last month on 13 jun wd my gf, bt we afraid nd my gf tk ipill, after taking ipill she had periods by nxt morning, nd she also had headche, lower abdomen pain, bt +after 4-5 days its all normal. But this month on 18 july she sufferrd lower abdoman pain and she has some bleeding in periods, +- after some bleeding she is now suffering too mch lower abdoman pain and she is not bleeding. Plz tell us wt to do. Why her normal period is not happning. Plz guide us, sir plz
