What Could Excess Cough With Stomach Bloats Suggest?

hello , ive been sick for two weeks , and have had a horrible cough. the other day I bent over and coughed and threw my back out, ive been having spasms on the lower sides, and my stomach is so bloated especially on the upper part of my stomach. its hard as a rock. ive never seen my stomach like this except for when I was pregnant

Well come to HCM
This could be allergic cough might be associated with hyperacidity and in my opinion this can be managed with Tab Levocetrizine with pseudoephedrine three time in day, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
