What Could Excessive Menstrual Bleeding Suggest?

I m 16 years old and I haven t had a period in 6 months due to overweight. So I lost some weight and finally I had a period on August 1 and was suppose to stop on August 6. I ve been bleeding for 2 weeks straight. What s wrong with me???? Please Help Me
