What Could Explain Irritation In Tongue And Chapped Lips?

certain things I eat irate my tongue. I have had chap lip on my bottom lip for several months ,somewhat painful. now I have a white tongue with big bumps on the back which in turn makes the roof of my mouth hurt ! sometimes the right corner of my mouth splits..which is now. have had this happen before and finally clear up. this is the worst ive had..hurts to talk..eat..or drink. Do I need to see a dr ?

HI. This looks to be stomatitis with glossitis with an added fungal infection. Yes you need to see a Doctor as he can diagnose on clinical examination. You have to go for the test of blood to rule out anemia and diabetes.
