What Could Explain Redness And Cracks Around Penis Head?

HI, i am 18, im a girl and my partner has been getting a redness and cracked around his head and it hurts when he pulls back we have not been intimate since it started happening which was 4 months ago and it is still as if it had happened yesterday he is too proud to ask for any help but i just want to make sure he is okay...oh and he got tested for everything already and they have been coming back as negative if that helps...

Based on the facts that you have posted your partner has infection of the glans penis and foreskin (Ballano Posthatitis) with Phimosis secondary to infection.

He needs to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.for ten days .

If problem persists consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical assessment ,he may need to get circumcised .
