What Could Extra Skin On Vagina Suggest?

Hi, recently I found out that there is an extra skin on my opening vagina. It doesn t hurt but it itches sometimes. So far, it doesnt disturb my opening vagina hole, but im scared it will grow bigger. What could it be? I thought of cutting it off but I would not wanna bleed there. Pls help me, I m really scared. I m only 19 this year. I havent gave any birth to a child or whatsoever. Am I too young to have that. How can I make it gone? I don t wanna see a doctor or even tell anyone. Maybe I will when I grow older. But for now, pls help me :(
