What Could Extra Tissues On Vaginal Area Suggest?

My daughter has tissue pushing out her vaginal area.the tissue is not as sensitive to the touch as vaginal tissue it can out when she was removing a tampon...there is no great pain but she feels the pressure,as if it could fall out any second if she pushed
