What Could Extreme Swelling In Ankles With Numb And Tingling Foot Indicate?

I have very swollen ankles, left one more than right. (Left foot is numb and tingling) I also experience fatigue, extreme muscle pain, blurred vision, asthma type symptoms, a lot of nose bleeds. I work on a train for 6 days at a time. I m 47. I receive regular chiropractic care and massages. Am worried about so many things. Mold and diesel exposure, a failed chiropractic adjustment that hurt my spine, lupus?? I am at a loss. I ve had my veins tested for a deep vein clot...nothing wrong there they say. ???

Antibiotics can be used Amoxyclav 500 mg. CBC, blood glucose, ENT examination, ESR, CRP, ECG, electrolyte, CXR these examination to be done and results will indicate some diagnosis.
