What Could Feeling Of Blocked Throat With Hairy Spots On Tongue Indicate?

Hi. I have had this feeling of something stuck in the back of my throat for a couple of weeks now.. And now I looked at my tongue and it looks like a brown kind of hairy spot towards the back.. What does this mean? Could it be cancer? Also I just had a root canal done alomost 2 months ago and the dentist spilled some of the bleach she was cleaning out the tooth with down my throat. Does this have anything to do with it?

I really appreciate your concern, two conditions are very likely one is allergic condition and second is GERD, in my opinion these both can be managed altogether and best option would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg once in day for the allergic condition Tab levocetirizine 10 mg once in day can be used, this is not the malignant disease, hope this information helps, take care.
