What Could Feeling Of Something Crawling On Skin Indicate?

At night before I go to bed I start feeling little crawlings on my skin. Just as I jump up turn the light on I inspect the bedding and I dont see anything? Can you tell me if this is bedbugs and should I throw away my blankets, my bed my whole box spring?

I really appreciate your concern, first of all it is advisable to see if it is bedbug or not, if it is not like that then it could be tactile hallucination, you have to control your thoughts it is kind of functional condition it may need some medicine if the symptoms persist, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
