What Could Feeling Of Something Moving From Chest To Stomach Indicate?

Hello Doctor, I would like to ask something about my recent health condition. Just this wednesday, i felt like something moving inside my body specifically from Chest to Stomach. I always feel it from time to time til now Saturday(August 22, 2015 Philippines) and it is very uneasy feeling. Although it is not painful, last night i have a hard time sleeping because of feeling uncomfortable. I am 29 yrs old now, male, i have no colds, coughs, fever or whatsoever. I do not have diarrhea or no itichiness in my anus. No worms in stool. It is only that moving stuff inside my body. It is my first time to experience. I am now worried what is it all about. Can you help me about it? What is the treatment of this?Thank you John

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the feeling of something moving from chest to stomach is most likely related to psychosomatic type of symptoms in which in absence of actual pathology there is perception of certain feelings making it uncomfortable for person to handle.

My guidance for this:
- Meditations and deep breathing exercises
- Walk in fresh air
- Maintain sound regular sleep of 7 hours
- Avoid stress, anxiety
- Avoid use of smoking, stimulant drugs if any used before
