What Could Feeling Of Vibration In Inner Thigh Indicate?

hello doctor. yesterday, i had this feeling of vibration in my inner right thigh comparable to that of a cellphone only milder but is there nevertheless. it's not painful but a bit irritating. this vibration goes on and on. may i know what causes it?
