What Could Fever With Discomfort In Vaginal Area Suggest?

I have been feeling feverish but without fever and also irritation in the viginal opening all the time but feeling the same very high during urination over a month or so. Urine examination reveals no infection. I am Harapriya with 48 years of age. There has been no period problem as yet.
