What Could Flat Mole Like Spots In Penis Be?

hello i am 24 years old...i have a mole on my penis on the head to be exact and right next to the mole i have a brown pigment spot..ive had it as long as i can remember but i dont know what it is...im a bit worried but than again not sure...i would like to know on why i may have this color pigment..they are not bumps nor pimples...they are just flat with the skin like a mole would be...i would like to know thank you
