What Could Fleshy Bumps On The Inner Thigh Suggest?

Hi! I have this fleshy bump on my inner thigh. Its not at all painful but its getting bigger. Its not red nor white, just the same color like my skin. I have it on both inner thigh but its bigger on my left and both are near the inguinal area that i can t avoid touching them whenever i wash my intimate area

There can be various possibilities of the bumps and for teh exact diagnosis of the same I suggest you to either meet a dermatologist or to send few good resolution pictures so that you can be helped on the best of the side.
