What Could Fluid Filled, Painful, Sore Lump Below The C Section Scar Indicate?

I have a very sore lump. On the pubic area just below my c section. It s in a stretch mark. But my lady one was eleven yrs ago. It hurts to touch. It hurts for my clothes to touch. When i bend it hurts..... And when i touch it it s soft but it looks like it would be filled with fluid. But it s very soft just very painful. Had it for two weeks now. Oh and red and warm to touch. I don t have insurance. So anything that i can do without see a dr. Would really help.

Hello,

It can be a seroma or wound infection. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. If there is any pus or fluid collection, it must be drained.
