What Could Fluid Leakage During Pregnancy Suggest?

My wife is on her due date today. We thought her water broke this morning at 4am but went to the hospital and they told us that it hadnt broke. She has been leaking fluid all day and I was wondering what does this mean? Also, she has mild like her period is coming but nothing serious.

1.If there is liquor leak continuously - the only possible cause is amniotic fluid leakage.
2.Your doctor might have examined per vaginally and OS seen closed - and said as not leak.
3.In this case a confirmation can get from a ultrasound scan with AFI levels will help in definitive diagnosis.
4.From now onwards your job is to keep a good monitoring about fetal moments and further leakage.
5.Any tiny change - seek for medical help as soon as possible. Good luck.
