What Could Fluids In Bilateral Facet Joints Suggest?

Hi, I am Tweety7106; I have had an MRI L Spine W & WO contrast, 30Y Female with severe numbness, weakness of right leg and pain in back and neck. The MRI says L5-S1 annular fissure. Moderate disc dessication. At L4-L5 There is minimal amount of fluid in bilateral facet joints. I waws wondering if u could explain what it mean?
