What Could Fluttering Feeling In Right Thigh And Above Hip Bone Indicate?

About a week ago a flutter feeling was in my right thigh. If I put my hand on it an applied a little pressure it went away. It happend about 3 nights in a row while I was on the couch. The past couple of nights nothing. Tonight I have the same feeling but tonight it is on my right side of the belly button and just abovve the hip bone. should I be concerned? I am a diabetic also
