What Could Frequent Constipation And Diarrhea Indicate?

hi Its a bit embarressing, but I have a question about my poo. For months now I have been having constipation and then diarreah. My poo is also, when relatively solid, light and dark at the same time. Is it something I should be worried about ? Many thanks Kev

Incomplete data! Any weight loss, abdominal pain, fever?

Alternate diarrhoea and constipation with altered color of the stools in between are suggestive of Inflammatory bowel disease.
Kindly consult your doctor ( gastroenterologist) for proper assessment and treatment.
