What Could Frequently Recurring Strep Indicate?

I have had strep 4 times in less than 6months. I believe it has come back again, I am experiencing discomfort in swallowing fever an chills, headaches, nausea, gagging, and light sensitivity. is there something i can do at home without taking antibiotics? Should i be worried the recurring strep is an underling issue of something more serious with my health

Thanks for consulting HCM

Read your query as you have recurring strep throat infection for this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for examination of throat , do warm saline gargle two - three times a day, and in meantime do warm saline gargle two - three times a day and take Tablet Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .
