What Could Groin Discomfort, Back Pain / Abdominal Cramping In First Trimester Indicate?

Hi there, I need to consult a gynaecologist. I`m 7-8 weeks pregnant and have a few aches and pains that worry me. I have dull lower back pains and stomach cramps, plus general discomfort in the groin area. I heard about so called stretching pains during the first trimester, but not sure how long they usually last. Mine come and go. Last week they were quite bad and I even had a little pinkish discharge. But then it got better and discharge stopped. I`m also a bit constipated and bloated, so I thought maybe it could be one of the reasons for the pain. This is my first pregnancy and I`m 35 years old, so I`m worrried that something might be wrong( like ectopic pregnancy)

Hi, I have gone through your question. Discomfort in the groin area, lower back pain and abdominal cramps are common in early pregnancy and is due to ligament stretch and increase in the size of uterus. But the pink discharge you have experienced should be evaluated.
Ectopic pregnancy is one of the cause of pain in lower abdomen with spotting.Other cause can be threatened abortion.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( ultrasound) and treated accordingly.
