What Could Growing Pimples In Vagina Before Periods Mean?

Hi Doctor. I am a 25year old woman. Sicnce early last year I have a problem of growing pimples just before I go to the menstruation period. Those are just normal pimple on the vagina. But this month I dont know what happend, the pimples have grown right on the mouth of the vagina. What is causing this.
