What Could Have Caused Extreme Fatigue, Slurring, And A Temporary Heart Enzyme Elevation?

Hello, I have a question about my heart . This happened on Nov 23, got very tired so I wanted to sleep like I never felt before so in the middle of the day, got up to be more alert but got so tired that I was slurring and hard to talk, feeling like drowning, went to the ER, and the Treponin was in the blood test, after a few hours the samples were completely normal. The fatigue was enormous and I then slept for 12 hours and felt fine the following morning. What happened and worried it come back . Regards
