About a month ago, I started hearing a sound in my ear like a rapid pulse. My ear was tender (not anymore), but still hear it almost every day. At the same time, my lips became swollen and red, feeling like it was blistered from sun (have not been in sun). They peeled, but have continued to be red, dry and peel over and over. I normally have problems with fluid in hand and legs, but try to watch amount of intake.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have swollen and peeled red lips which could be due minor traumatization of blood vessels, angioedema, severe allergic reaction to allergen, due to dehydration and stress as well.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply petroleum jelly on it. You should take combination of levocetirizine along with Ibuprofen if it is painful. You should drink plenty of water. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Take folic acid with vitamin b complex supplement. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. Take supplements rich in vitamin B12. You should give cold compresses to lips 2-3 times a day, take over the counter antihistamine drug like benadryl. Adrenaline injection could be one of the treatment option.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
